Our Services

Tyler has Vision Impairment, Epilepsy, Global Delays, Major Feed and Sleep Issues, Chronic Lung Disease and Cerebral Palsy.  Thank you so much to Bridging Communities who provided a purpose built wheelchair which enabled Tyler to be off the floor on his own for the first time.  I am forever grateful to Bridging Communities for the walker and for sourcing funding for us to get our own modified vehicle.  Thank you.
